Application tracking not working

Unable to see the application and website usage or productivity reports.

Step 1: Enable Application and Website tracking from Admin > Users > SETTINGS> Application and website tracking tab

Please note that it is not sufficient to enable it only from Admin > Company Settings.


Step 2:
For Mac computers, please make sure accessibility, and automation permissions are given to the Teamlogger app if using timer/zero-click mode or silent mode executable when using silent mode.


Step 3: 
Make sure the recommended extension "Add Url to window title" is installed.
