How to access screenshots and data of an inactive employee?

To access the screenshots and other reports of an inactive employee, the admin has to reactivate the deactivated account first. 

Note: The first step should be uninstalling the tracker from the employee's computer so that credit is not immediately consumed upon reactivation.

You can reactivate the user account by clicking on Settings > Users Settings > Inactive List> Reactivate Account

After the user account is Reactivated, then you can view/download their screenshots from the "Screenshot" menu or view other reports on the dashboard. You can again deactivate the same account if required.
