Cannot connect to teamlogger.com

If one of the users is unable to access teamlogger.com and most of the users in your company are able to access it, then please check the below steps


1) Ask which ISP (internet service provider) they are using

2) Ask them to send a screenshot of tracert (cmd on windows) or traceroute (terminal on mac) for example- Type this step in Command Prompt (tracert www.xyz.com) and press enter

3) Ask them to share AnyDesk or TeamViewer id

4) Ask them to turn airplane mode on then wait 2 minutes then off ( If using a mobile hotspot )

5) Ask them to try switching their router/mobile off (wait for 2 minutes) and then on.
