Not able to add an employee

(Error message saying this email is already associated with an account is shown)

The error message saying "This email is already associated with and account. Please contact us on [email protected] to get this resolved" means that the user has signed up on directly without using the invite link sent by the admin or the user is already registered under some other employer account. 

To resolve this, please ask the user to log in on using the previously created credentials and then delete the account by click on the "Delete Account" option. 

Once the user deletes this account successfully, the you can invite this user again by clicking on "Add Employees" option on the admin dashboard. The user can then click on the invite link received in the email to sign up on
