The leave approval chain of TeamLogger software involves employees applying for leaves, and admins and managers receiving email alerts by default. The admins can click on the "Leaves" option to approve the leaves.  Admins can also create groups for teams, and team managers can be granted permission to approve the leaves of their team members. 

This process ensures that leave requests are efficiently processed and approved, with all-around email alerts keeping everyone informed. With this feature, TeamLogger streamlines the leave approval process, saving time and reducing the chances of any errors or confusion.
